Ava-Kate has this adorable little quirk about her when she's in her high chair. She rarely lets her feet just "hang there". I don't know how to explain in words what she does, so I'll let the pictures tell this story.
I’m Tara Carpenter. I am a health coach for Take Shape for Life. I am married with two beautiful children. After I had my first child it took 6 months of hard work to loose the “baby weight” and I was still over weight. While pregnant with my second child I gained 50 lbs, some of that was “baby” but a lot of it was bad habits, over-eating, and a sedentary life-style. One month after my baby was born I went on the Take Shape for Life program. At my follow-up appointment with my doctor I was 9 lbs lighter than pre-pregnancy. Two months later I had lost 25 pounds. I’m still on my weight loss journey but I wanted to help others achieve similar results. Thanks for visiting my blog for tips to savor the moments in life. That's so funny! Conner does the exact same thing! His left foot is always up in that crack too!
