- I’m Tara Carpenter. I am a health coach for Take Shape for Life. I am married with two beautiful children. After I had my first child it took 6 months of hard work to loose the “baby weight” and I was still over weight. While pregnant with my second child I gained 50 lbs, some of that was “baby” but a lot of it was bad habits, over-eating, and a sedentary life-style. One month after my baby was born I went on the Take Shape for Life program. At my follow-up appointment with my doctor I was 9 lbs lighter than pre-pregnancy. Two months later I had lost 25 pounds. I’m still on my weight loss journey but I wanted to help others achieve similar results. Thanks for visiting my blog for tips to savor the moments in life. Oh how cute! I love little laughs!
Oh I love it so much. I can't believe how vocal she is, lots of little talking going on! I think we should meet up next time we are down, I don't even care if you agree I will make it happen!
